Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack your items securely and attach the prepaid shipping label. Drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? We're happy to help with exchanges!

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Indicate you'd like an exchange when contacting us
  • We'll ship your replacement immediately upon receiving your return
  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

Important: Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We'll send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplement bottles or packages
  • Products past their expiration date
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
